We stand behind the quality of our products. If it is your first order with us and you are not completely satisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a full refund. No questions asked.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number/information and a brief description of the issue.
- We may ask for photos of the damaged product.
For non-defective items, we may require further information or for you to return the product before approving and processing your refund. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please reach out to our customer service team.
4. Time Frame for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product or approve your refund request.
